The Farmhouse circa 1900’s was originally built on a laid stone foundation, measured 22′ x 17′ and was 1.5 stories high. Over the years there were additions built on both the West and East sides as well as a porch covering the South and West sides. A previous owner completely restored the house in 1993 including all new plumbing and wiring, a new septic system and a 400 foot drilled well. The current owner purchased the property in 1999, installed an entirely new kitchen and built a mudroom while extending the entire south facing deck. In 2011 the entire roof structure was removed and the 1/2 story was raised to be a full 2 story home. The remodel also included the addition of what is now the Master Ensuite. The original barn had a wing built on during the early years and the current owner built a matching wing on the opposite side as well as an addition to the back consisting of three horse stalls with and 8′ overhang.
