Endless amenities including daily housekeeping service, access to a private beach at the Canoe Club on Lake Placid where ski and pontoon boat rentals are available, a gorgeous heated pool where you can swim inside or outside even in wintertime, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, full service spa, on premise restaurants, indoor bowling alley, movie theatre, ice cream parlor, game room, tennis courts, skating rink, pickleball courts, basketball courts, gym, nature trail and fishing pond. Enjoy nightly s'mores by the fire with other guests, a WFL tradition. Full concierge service. Children's activities, yoga classes. All this located minutes from downtown Lake Placid and all the Adirondacks has to offer. This is a 1/12 ownership in unit 224. You get one week every 12 weeks per year (a minimum of 4 weeks/year). Weeks are assigned in advance but able to be traded or you can rent them for income.
